In fact, the new pricing for shipping two bags in 2010 is even less than shipping one bag in 2009.
Airline industry reports claim that each year nearly two million bags are lost and not found. Luggage Concierge has successfully delivered tens of thousands of bags, including thousands for Crystal guests, in the last 12 months without the loss of one bag.
With this service, guests are able to travel with the peace of mind that their luggage will await them in their stateroom.
Additionally, included in Luggage Concierge's service is automatic insurance of $2,500 per bag, for all domestic and international shipments. Guests also receive personalised tracking notification via their preferred method of phone, e-mail or fax.
