December 8, 2009 - French cruise line Compagnie du Ponant has responded to increased demand from the international marketplace by introducing a range of new measures to satisfy the needs of its English-speaking passengers.
Measures include:
- The employment of bi-lingual officers and crew, including the Cruise Director
- Shore excursions in both English and French
- Daily programmes written in both English and French
- All menus in both English and French
- TV stations available in both English and French
