1 All bookings are taken and confirmed as agents of LOUIS CRUISE LINES and are subject to their terms and conditions of business. Should there be any changes to the published information we have the obligation to notify you as soon as possible.
2 Our obligation to you is (i) upon receipt of your deposit to confirm your cruise (ii) to exercise diligence in making your cruise reservation and ensure that all available information is represented in a fair and true manner and (iii) upon receipt of your final payment to issue you with the correct cruise tickets or vouchers.
3 Your obligation to us is (i) completed booking form duly signed accompanied with the relevant deposit (ii) to pay the balance of the total cruise 30 days before sailing.
4 Cancellation: If for any reason you want to cancel your cruise you must notify us in writing by recorded delivery. In this event the following cancellation charges will be calculated from the date we receive your instructons.

5 Travel Documents: You are responsible to ensure that all your travel documents e.g. passports, visas, vaccination certificates etc are valid and effective for all countries to be visited.
