Oceania Cruises:
A country club at seaOceania Cruises

Formed in 2002 by luxury cruise industry veterans Joe Watters and Frank Del Rio, Oceania Cruises offers vacations on which every whim is graciously indulged.

Oceania CtuisesFine cuisine, award-winning itineraries and outstanding value define Oceania Cruises' five-star product and have positioned the company to entice travellers seeking a refined and casually elegant travel experience.

Service is highly personalised throughout every ship in the fleet. All of the suites and many staterooms feature private teak verandas and the exclusive Tranquility Bed, the most comfortable bedding at sea.

Yet, despite this level of sophistication, the ambiance remains wonderfully casual, like that of a country club.

Says Bob Binder, president of Oceania Cruises: "Discerning travellers are in search of value. Luxury does not necessarily equate to high prices, rather it is a combination of superb cuisine, exceptional service and intriguing destinations. We're committed to providing our guests with the highest quality, luxury cruise product at fares that are extraordinarily affordable."

The fleet now features three intimate and luxurious 684-guest ships, Insignia, Regatta, and Nautica. Marina, a new mid-size Oceania-Class ship, will be joining the fleet in January 2011, followed by another later in the year. An order has now been confirmed for a third Oceania-class ship.

Oceania Cruises sails to more than 180 ports in Europe, China and the Far East, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Central America and the Caribbean.
