Ocean Village has a secret recipe for success ... celebrity chef James Martin.
James, a regular guest chef on BBC 2's Ready Steady Cook, is masterminding the eating experiences, and will periodically be onboard to personally serve what he calls his his "fusion menu" of modern British and Mediterranean flavours.
He will be best displaying his creativity in the La Luna deck cafe and The Bistro, for which there will be a small additional charges.
James, who opened the Hotel and Bistro du Vin in Winchester and manages his own deli and bakery, Cadogan & James, in the same city, told SeaView at a celebration launch in London: "I avoided cruising because I thought it was stuffy. But when Ocean Village came along, well, I loved the idea and couldn't resist."
