In Arcadian Rhodes, Gary is working with P&O Cruises to bring his inimitable brand of modern British cuisine to the high seas, on the largest superliner to be created for a British audience.
Passengers on board the innovative new superliner can experience the same high quality dining experience already enjoyed by visitors to Gary's Rhodes Twenty Four restaurant.
Gary is working with P&O Cruises on all aspects of the Arcadian Rhodes dining experience, including the creation of a unique set of menus, tableware, staff training and service standards.

Holidaymakers dining on board Arcadia will have six different venues to choose from including the new Arcadian Rhodes. Options range from a main, two-tier formal restaurant to an Asian and Oriental fusion restaurant - The Orchid Restaurant - as well as an open deck grill, a cafe and a 24-hour food-court.
