TV chef Marco goes
from Hell to Heaven
September 24, 2007 - Hell's Kitchen head chef Marco Pierre White will shortly be moving to the more serene atmosphere of a cruise ship when he joins the team on board P&O Cruises superliner, Ventura.
 Ventura will be launched in April 2008 and among the nine restaurants on board will be Marco's fine dining venue, The White Room, pictured, which will serve classic Italian cuisine.
Marco, who has finalised menus for his new restaurant, said: "After being in Hell's Kitchen, I am looking forward to the heavenly surroundings on board Ventura. The menus I have created for the White Room have been put together using simple authentic ingredients to produce colourful, light dishes where the flavours speak for themselves."
Ventura will also be home to the first floating Frankie's Bar & Grill, Marco's restaurant in partnership with Frankie Dettori.
Visitors to Virtual Ventura can see Marco talking about his new restaurant and all the other 'heavenly' attractions that the new superliner
has to offer.
