Mosimann goes cooking with Silversea Cruises
February 19, 2009 - Internationally renowned chef Anton Mosimann
will sail with Silversea cruise line as a guest chef in 2009 as part of the line's Culinary and Wine Series.
Mosimann will join the recently refurbished Silver Wind on a 12-day
Mediterranean voyage from Istanbul to Rome, departing on October 18.
Throughout the voyage, he will share his creative expertise through special
menus, cooking demonstrations and a grand gourmet dinner.
Says Silversea UK managing director Trudy Redfern: "We are thrilled and
delighted to have Anton Mosimann on board as his skill, expertise and
reputation totally reflect the standards of excellence that Silversea has
become recognised for throughout the world."
Ports of call on the sailing include Santorini, Katakolon (Olympia) and
Corfu, Greece; Kotor, Montenegro; Split, Croatia, and Bari, Siracusa,
Palermo and Sorrento, Italy. All-inclusive cruise-only fares start at
£4,371 per person.
Guests on this voyage can also take advantage of an exclusive early-booking
offer. For all bookings received before 30 April, guests will enjoy a
complimentary dinner for two at Le Champagne, the exclusive Relais &
Chateaux Wine Restaurant on board Silver Wind, and a selection of vintage
