July 8, 2009 - Silversea Cruises is offering the biggest savings incentive in its history plus free airfare on a huge range of voyages in 2010.
And the best-available prices are being offered for guests who book early.
The new Silver Savings programme introduces the most substantial savings opportunities first, and the discount reduces significantly as the sailing date approaches - offering a compelling incentive for guests to firm up their holiday plans well in advance.
For a limited time, and to coincide with the publication of its new Voyage Atlas, Silversea is offering a Silver Savings fare for all 2010 sailings aboard all the ships in the fleet, Silver Cloud, Silver Wind, Silver Shadow, Silver Whisper, the new Silver Spirit and the expedition ship, Prince Albert II.
Effective for new 2010 bookings, the Silver Savings incentive eliminates early-booking and advance-payment programmes. Other savings options, such as Venetian Society Savings (for past guests), Onboard Savings (available during the cruise), Extended Voyage Savings (when combining two or more consecutive voyages) and the Solo Travellers fare still apply.
Says Trudy Redfern, Silversea's UK managing director: "There has never been a better time to sail with Silversea. Without a doubt, this is our best offer ever and booking early is key. When you combine these savings, offered months ahead of sailing, with free airfare and our signature all-inclusive amenities, the result is an incomparable value proposition that travellers cannot afford to pass up."
The introduction of Silver Savings is complemented by the offer of a free roundtrip air package that includes transfers between airport and pier on the day of embarkation and disembarkation. It is available on a significant number of voyages in 2010, excluding expedition cruises, but is a capacity-controlled and valid only for new bookings made by December 31.
