JUST five-minutes drive from Calais on the A16 motorway to Boulogne lies Cité Europe, the superb shopping centre that no visitor should miss.
With nearly 200 shops, both big and small, you'll find a range of goods and services to satisfy everyone.
The stores include a huge Carrefour hypermarket, along with such familiar names as Tesco and Toys'R'Us.
When you fancy a break from shopping, you'll be spoilt for choice, with 30 places to eat and drink, ranging from the John Bull Pub to typically French bistros and that old French favourite, McDonald's.
And if that's not enough, there's a 12-screen cinema showing the latest hit movies.
