New-look Voyager unveiled
June 19, 2008 - Stena Line has launched the new-look HSS Stena Voyager following a £2million refit.
Onboard improvements include an expansion of the Stena Plus service with a 160-seater lounge at the front of the vessel which includes comfortable leather seating, new toilet facilities and a separate family area which now houses Playstation 3 consoles.
Other improvements include a new treatment zone in association with New York City Nails, the addition of two new barista coffee houses, a metropolitan bar stocked with continental beers, wines and cocktails and an extended quiet lounge which seats 170 passengers. All toilet facilities on the refitted ferry to Belfast have been revamped too.

Soaring summer on the Irish Sea
Octobr 9, 2007 - Stena Line carried a staggering 263,000 cars on the Irish Sea during June, July and August - a five per cent increase on the same period last year.
The figures just announced show that Stena Line has transported an additional thousand cars per week on its five Irish Sea routes during the summer months compared with 250,476 cars carried in summer 2006.
Says Michael McGrath, Stena's Irish Sea Area Director: "Stena Line is constantly investing to stimulate travel and improve quality. Our £35 million investment in a new state-of-the-art ferry terminal at the Port of Belfast is just an indication of our commitment to continued development on the northern corridor. We have also invested heavily in the past two years in the renovation and modernisation of ferries - upgrading restaurants, bars and cabins as well as providing exciting interactive family-friendly areas onboard the Stena HSS."

Stena retains 'Best Company' award
February 1, 2007 - Stena Line has retained the Best Ferry Company Award at the prestigious Irish Travel Trade Awards in Dublin for an eighth time and the second year in a row.
Rory Creagh, Stena Line's Business Development Manager, was presented with the award on Stena Line's behalf by Pat Gallagher TD, Minister for State at the Department of Transport, at a ceremony in Dublin attended by more than 600 guests and VIPs from the travel industry in Ireland.
Paul Grant, head of Travel Market - Irish Sea, said: "Stena Line is committed to providing customers with the best craft and the best service and we continue to invest in all aspects of our business to ensure that we offer a first class service to all our customers."
