Carnival and Holland America Lines: Large modern ships provide ideal venues for conference and incentive groups. They are "floating hotels" that cater for the organiser's many needs, while cruising in exotic climates.
There is a wide choice of venues for meetings and presentations and organisers can use one TV channel to broadcast to delegates in their cabins. Attention to detail has included lowering a car into the grand show lounge by helicopter for one car launch.
Celebrity Cruises: Century and Galaxy feature cinema and conference centre complete with audio/visual support, multi-lingual translation services, speaker support facilities and interactive audience keypads.
Meeting rooms feature video monitors and public address systems. The television studio can transmit customised programmes into staterooms. Penthouse suites have teleconferencing capabilities.
Crystal Cruises: Harmony and Symphony offer superb reward opportunities for top performers. They feature sophisticated meeting facilities and business centres, a range of cocktail venues and dining opportunities, consistently high quality guest accommodation and a choice of six and seven day sailings.
Cunard: Their five star fleet caters for the needs of almost any group, with ready made or tailor-made programmes and charters worldwide.

Fred. Olsen Cruise Line: A long-established cruise ship operator with both long and short-haul itineraries.
The Black Watch is ideally suited to the incentive market with a range of conference facilities on board, and can also be chartered by companies. She sails from Dover.
KD River Cruises of Europe: Established in 1826 and can accommodate a small select group or an exclusive ship charter on the Rhine, Moselle, Elbe or Danube Rivers.
River cruises offer delegates the opportunity to combine business and see some of Europe's most spectacular scenery. KD ships are available for charter throughout the year.
MSC: Their four ships all feature excellent meeting and conference space, and complete audio visual facilities. With tailor made incentives from two passengers to complete ship charters and itineraries ranging from four to 22 nights, MSC caters for most organisers¹ needs.
Norwegian Cruise Line: Their ships all offer excellent facilities for the meetings, conference and incentive markets.
Ships include the Leeward, which offers three and four-day sailings out of Miami, the Norwegian Crown in Europe and the sister ships Norwegian Wind (Alaska) and Norwegian Dream (Caribbean, Bermuda).
Orient Lines: Marco Polo takes top achievers in classic style to all corners of the world on cruises of five to 25 days. With 800 passengers on board, there is a special camaraderie that is just not possible on larger liners.

P&O Cruises: Superliners Oriana and Arcadia offer cruises from Southampton of three to eight nights and longer. Both are avaliable for private charter along with smaller sister ship Victoria. P&O can accommodate up to 660 delegates in meeting rooms depending on the ship.
Princess Cruises: A fleet of ten ships with three more due for delivery by 1999.

Seabourn Cruise Line: Generally regarded as one of the most celebrated cruise lines in the world. Positioned at the top end of the luxury market, Seabourn¹s three sister ships carry a maximum of 200 guests in 100 suites. A standard of service and cuisine that is second to none will ensure that your event is a complete success.
Silversea Cruises: Two ultra-luxury cruise ships offer a superior quality experience with a comprehensive all-inclusive value for money pricing and one of the highest space-to-passenger ratios of any ship at sea are an ideal venue for conference and incentive travel.
The ships are equipped with a show lounge, with classic-tiered amphitheatre seating and state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. For smaller power meetings there is a conference room which can accommodate 30 guests comfortably.
